This is a beautiful antique Victorian era tambour lace bedspread featuring tape lace and floral / foliate appliqués on a fine net base, most likely of French origin. The piece measures 94 in width by 99 long, including its pillow cover section, 76 long excluding the pillow section. It is in very good condition with no noted wear, tear, breaks or stains. It is white, not cream white as is often seen. It is clean and ready to use.
